CHENNAI: Ishank Jaggi's century went in vain as Delhi registered a last-ball victory in a high-scoring quarterfinal of the under-19 Vinoo Mankad knockout cricket tournament played here.

The scores: Jharkhand 310 for nine in 50 overs (Ishank Jaggi 115, Keshav Kumar 39, Saurabh Tiwary 71) lost to Delhi 314 for eight in 50 overs (Tarun Chowdhury 75, Anuj Jain 46, Yogesh Nagar 79, Hemanth Singh 49, Shabaaz Nadeem three for 72).

Bengal 123 in 39.3 overs lost to Maharashtra 125 for four in 32.1 overs (Nikhil Paradkar 50 n.o.).

Madhya Pradesh 178 for seven in 50 overs lost to Karnataka 180 for three in 45.1 overs (Suraj Sampath 71, Nitin Bille 66 retd. hurt).

Mumbai 223 for nine in 50 overs (Aditya Tare 93, Sarvesh Damle 34, Mangesh Joshi three for 37) bt Vidarbha 218 in 49.3 overs (Amit Pauniker 42, Gaurav Upadhyaya 40, Mohd. Karim 41, Dhaval Parab four for 39).
