97 gold medals to be presented today

524 students to receive certificates

Bidar: The Governor and Chancellor of the Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University will give away 97 gold medals to students during its first convocation in Bidar on January 17.

Certificates would be presented to 524 students, Vice-Chancellor R.N. Sreenivas Gowda told presspersons on Tuesday.

Toppers

Naveena A.N. emerged the topper with 15 gold medals. T.V. Shivashankar won 11 gold medals, he said.
