NEW DELHI: The CBI on Tuesday filed a fresh chargesheet in a multi-crore Coperative Group Housing Society (CGHS) scam against six persons, including former Secretary of Defence Accounts Employees GHS, accusing them of illegally reviving a defunct society. Filing the chargesheet before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sameer Jain at Karkardooma courts here, the probe agency alleged a new CGHS `Defence Accounts Employees Group Housing Society Ltd' was allegedly revived in the year 2000, which was wound up in 1997 after it became defunct. It alleged one K R Duggal, the then secretary of the society, connived with other accused in reviving the society registering 90 members with the help of fake affidavits and other forged documents for allotment of land.- PTI
