IFCI to sell 21 p.c. stake in ICRA

MUMBAI: Close on the heels of its agreement to offload seven per cent stake in the National Stock Exchange, IFCI has decided to sell its equity holding of 21 per cent in rating agency ICRA through an initial public offering. The company will sell 21 per cent stake along with `specified undertaking' of UTI's holding of 8 per cent in ICRA, IFCI informed the stock exchanges.
