Mittal to take 49 p.c. in Bhatinda refinery

NEW DELHI: India-born billionaire Lakshmi

N. Mittal may take 49 per cent stake in Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd's (HPCL) under-construction $3 billion refinery at Bhatinda in Punjab. State-run Oil India Ltd (OIL) is likely to get 15 per cent equity stake, leaving HPCL with 36 per cent, PTI reports quoting industry sources.
