Puducherry team to attend national camp

Puducherry : A four-member delegation of Puducherry unit of National Youth Project (NYP) will participate in the eight-day all India leadership camp in Arunachal Pradesh.

The camp commences on January 22.

The secretary of the NYP here S. Adhavan said on Wednesday that the team had called on Lt. Governor Mukut Mithi earlier in the day to formally inform him of their participation in the meet.

The camp is aimed at inculcating the theme of national integration, qualities of leadership and also team spirit among the participants.

He said that representatives of the project from various States and Union Territories would participate in the deliberations at the camp. — Special Correspondent.
