HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh Government has constituted a high-power committee of experts to recommend a suitable location for the proposed Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). Orders were issued on Wednesday constituting a three-member committee comprising R. Natarajan of Bangalore, Indian Institute of Science Associate Director N. Bala Krishnan and International Institute of Information Technology Director Rajiv Sangal. The move comes in the light of the protest staged against the proposal to set up the institution in Medak owing to the physical and social infrastructure such as good road, rail and air connectivity.
