Rosaiah has made it clear to representatives of Government employees that their demand not to implement the contributory pension scheme cannot be conceded as it is being implemented in all the States. The Minister elicited their opinion at a meeting held here on Wednesday in the light of the forthcoming conference of Chief Ministers and Finance Ministers being held in New Delhi on January 22 to discuss the scheme.
