Two killed in accidents

Thiruvananthapuram: One person was killed and another seriously injured when the motorbike on which they were travelling collided with a lorry at Thonnakkal on Wednesday evening. The deceased was identified as Ajith James, 20, of Poonthura, Anchuthengu. Roy, 27, of Anchakadavu was admitted to Medical College Hospital (MCH) with serious injuries.

In another accident at Parippally, one person was killed when the motorbike he was riding collided with a stationary road-roller machine.

The deceased was identified as Uthaman, 45, of Paripally. Another person, who was riding pillion, was admitted to the MCH with serious injuries. He is yet to be identified.
