Rotary Club to organise carnival

At Kikani Higher Secondary School

COIMBATORE: The Anns of the Rotary Club of Coimbatore Satellite are organising Jan Fiesta, a carnival to raise funds for the Child Care Centre at Kavundampalayam.

The cultural fiesta will be held at Kikani Higher Secondary School on January 11.

Fun events

The occasion will be marked by fun events, exciting contests, a lip-smacking spread and lots of goodwill.

The fund-raising programme, which will go on for the whole day, will include events such as colour splash (a drawing and colouring contest for school students) and hip hop beats (a dance contest for college students).

For women

Women can take part in `Hey! Good looking' and `What is cooking?'. Tambola, Tol mol ke bol.

A lucky draw and other exciting games are also part of the carnival.

Cuisine

Guests will be served a sumptuous spread comprising North Indian, South Indian and Italian cuisine.
