Rohit on a roll, ready for IM title

Special Correspondent

NEW DELHI: Teenager G. Rohit is on a roll. Last month, as a debutant, this engineering student from Andhra made the National team and in the process, picked up an International Master norm.

Rohit is among the six leaders with six points and now needs to simply play out the next two rounds for a nine-game title-norm.

Good win

Like Barua, fellow Grandmaster Abhijit Kunte, too, suffered his second straight loss as National `B' champion Nassir Wajih pulled off a well-crafted victory.
