Road construction delayed

Jammu: The construction of the Mughal road which is partly financed by the Prime Minister's financial package to the State would not be completed as scheduled. The construction of the 89 km road is important as it would provide an alternative to the National Highway 1A, which is often closed due to avalanches and landslips and also benefit the Rajouri-Poonch areas.
