NEW DELHI: The Central Bureau of Investigation on Saturday questioned five doctors of the Noida Civil Hospital in connection with the Nithari killings. Doctors Subhash Gupta, Madan Lal, D.M. Saxena, Rakesh Kumar and Lokesh were summoned in the afternoon and questioned about the reportedly improper sealing of the bones' packets. The bones recovered from the drain near the house of the accused, Moninder Singh, were earlier sent to the hospital authorities for medical examination. The doctors were also questioned about the result of the medical examination that suggested an illegal human organ trade angle to the killings. The investigating agency also set up a 20-member forensic team to assemble and re-arrange the bones recovered at and around the site of the killings. Blood samples of the victims' families, collected at the Noida Civil Hospital, would be sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory in Hyderabad for DNA matching and for establishing the identity of children. The CBI continued to interrogate a woman who allegedly supplied sex workers to Moninder Singh. It also questioned the neighbours of the accused.
