Manbir wins gold

VISAKHAPATNAM: Manbir Singh of Punjab won the junior boys' heavyweight category gold medal in the senior/junior taekwondo National open on Saturday.

The results (winners only): Junior boys' heavyweight: Manbir Singh (Pun); Light: Vikas Antil (Kar); Bantam: Md. Hasamuddin (Mani). Junior girls' bantam: S.R. Jai Durga (TN); Light: CH. Swomya Rani (Kar).
