TIRUNELVELI : The Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu (SDAT) invites application from the students to join sports schools and hostels. According to the District Sports Officer, C.J. Dawson, students would be admitted to 7, 8, 9 and 11th standards in Chennai, Neyveli, Periyanaickenpalayam and Coimbatore and sports hostels in Tiruchi, Madurai,Tirunelveli and Erode (for girls) in the academic year 2007 - 2008. Applications can be obtained from Anna Stadium, Palayamkottai on payment of Rs. 10 and filled-in applications should reach the District Sports Officer on or before February 9.
