Dental students to discuss cases

Staff Reporter

CHENNAI : The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology of Saveetha University will discuss on Wednesday interesting cases that the students came across during the course of their study last year.

The event follows the success of the department's earlier programme held last year in January.

Postgraduate students and faculty from institutions in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Bangalore discussed 50 interesting cases relating to the department. It also functions as a referral centre for oral and maxillofacial pathology cases. T. Chandrasekar, head of the department, has been elected president of the Indian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologists for the year 2007-08.
