Grooming for the job

The new generation Malayali finds it difficult when it comes to getting jobs in the sectors where attitude and service matter most. Many students fail when it comes to conducting themselves while the academics rate them brilliant.

It is here that an agency has stepped in to groom students who aim high but lack the confidence. With the city more open to fashion statements, the agency invites people to groom the students in their approach and style.

An aptitude and attitude are necessary to become a model, airhostess or service managers. The city is perhaps looking up to a new orientation towards the much touted hospitality projects and entertainment industry that will be part of the tourism promotion by the State.
