GCI Solutions buys IVL India

BANGALORE: GCI Solutions Pvt. Ltd, the Indian subsidiary of the U.S.-based IT services and solutions firm, Global Consultants, has acquired business technology consulting firm IVL India in an all-cash deal for an undisclosed sum. The privately held, Thiruvananthapuram-based IVL India offers a range of post-implementation services for SAP customers. Announcing the buy-out, Mr. Jawahar Beekay, CEO of GCI Solutions, said the acquisition would help GCI scale up its ERP capabilities.
