Bangalore: Sports Minister, Alkod Hanumanthappa, announced the Karnataka Government's Ekalavya Awards list for the years 2002, 2003 and 2004 here on Tuesday.
The minister also announced a hike in cash awards for National Games' medal winners to Rs. 20,000, Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 10,000 from Rs. 15,000, Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 7,000. For team events, it will be Rs. 10,000 for gold, Rs. 7,000 for silver and Rs. 5,000 for bronze.

Neelagund (athletics), Anup Sridhar (badminton), Sonamdeep Kaur (basketball), Chandrasekhar (ball badminton), Sriram Sarja (chess), Siddalinga Maribashetty (equestrian), L. Prameswari Devi (weightlifting), N.S. Manju (football), B.S. Archana (wall climbing), S.S. Neelan (hockey), Boniface Prabhu (handicapped), Reshma Millet (swimming), Ambica S. Iyengar (swimming), Pankaj Advani (cue sports), Mamatha Maben (cricket), N. Geetha (powerlifting). For 2003: Clifford Joshua (athletics), B. Arvind Bhat (badminton), Basavaraj Murugod (basketball), Sunil Joshi (cricket), Gangu Biradar (cycling), C. Rukmini (fencing), Sandeep Michael (hockey), Helen Mary (hockey), Vishakantha (kabaddi), K.N. Vinod (kho-kho), T. Seetharam (handicapped), Rehan Poncha (swimming), G. Ravishankar (table tennis), C.
