BANGALORE: With Shivajinagar, Bharatinagar and surrounding areas returning to normal, the police have started identifying those who indulged in violence in these areas on Sunday. Commissioner of Police Neelam Achuta Rao told presspersons here on Tuesday that the police would use video footage to identify the people responsible for arson, looting and stone throwing. After identifying the culprits, action would be taken against them. If there were any innocent people among the arrested, they would be released. The police would not hesitate to take action even if the culprits were juveniles, he said.
