Congress leaders flay KCR's diatribe

Special Correspondent

HYDERABAD: The Congress has taken strong exception to the intemperate language used by the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) leaders against Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy on Tuesday.

Addressing separate press conferences here on Wednesday, APCC general secretary D. Nagender and APSRTC Chairman Gone Prakash Rao, V. Purushottam Reddy, MLA, asked the TRS leaders to stop foul-mouthing the Chief Minister.

Warning the TRS leaders, K. Chandrasekhar Rao and A. Narendra against using such language, they said the Congress leaders would not tolerate their diatribe forever. Both TRS leaders had crossed limits of decency in public life and were painting Telangana language and culture in poor light, they said.

Mr. Purushottam Reddy addressing the media at the Congress Legislature Party office, said TRS leadership should realise that Dr. Reddy was doing his best for the development of Telangana.
