Jawan's body brought home

NEDUMBASSERY: The body of a Malayali jawan who died in Srinagar on Monday was brought to the Cochin International Airport on Tuesday afternoon.

Nishad, a constable with the 143rd battalion of the Border Security Force (BSF), died when a gun allegedly went off accidentally while he was on duty at the Raj Bhavan. However, according to some media reports he committed suicide owing to the pressure of the work.
