VIJAYAWADA : Divisional railway manager (DRM) of the South Central Railway S.K. Sharma has a word of advice to parents who try to prevent their wards from indulging in some harmless mischief-making, including breaking household articles. "Let them enjoy their childhood. You should try to enjoy their mischief. Children have the most fertile mind, which can't be spoiled in the name of discipline," he said addressing the students and parents of the Railway High School on the occasion of its 46th annual day. Interacting with children, Mr. Sharma asked them whether they were in the habit of being mischievous and breaking household articles. When children gave a chorus of `no', Mr. Sharma found fault with the parents for not allowing their wards to grow in a proper way. Headmaster A. Aruna Kumari urged the DRM to sanction funds for the construction of a shed on the school premises for school assembly and for improving facilities in the library. Senior divisional personnel officer P. Kishore Babu and senior divisional engineer M. Ravindranath Reddy were present.
