TVS launches electric start entry-level bike

NEW DELHI: TVS Motor Company on Thursday rolled out an electric start version of its entry-level motorcycle `StaR City', carrying a price tag of Rs. 36,750 (ex-showroom price in Delhi). The motorcycle comes with new graphics and added features such as switch suspension, pass beam switch, headlight with new stylish faring and sporty looking silencer with freshly designed heat shield.

"StaR City ES has the distinction of being the first 100 cc motorcycle with electric start,'' TVS Motor General Manager (Sales), S. Ram Mohan, said in a statement.
