AFL to acquire Telesis' banking solutions wing

CHENNAI : Accel Frontline is acquiring the banking solutions division of Telesis Global Solutions Ltd., a city-based software company specialising in software products for banking applications and implementation and migration services for core banking software in India, West Asia and African regions. The acquired business, which will be merged with the banking services division of Accel, is expected to contribute revenues of Rs. 6 crore during this fiscal and Rs. 20 crore for the next fiscal, a release said.
