PFC IPO opens on January 31

HYDERABAD: Power Finance Corporation Ltd., a Government of India undertaking, has announced plans to enter the capital market next month through an initial public offering of its equity shares to the public through book building. The issue opens for subscription on January 31 and will close on February 6. At a press conference here on Thursday, PFC's Director (institutional development and administration), V. S. Saxena, said the price band for the issue was fixed at Rs. 73-85.
