Many leaders, workers in upper Assam resign after killing of party worker

Guwahati: Assam Congress chief Bhubaneswar Kalita on Thursday appealed to party workers not to panic and resign following the United Liberation Front of Asom's assassination of a party worker and threat to target party men. The appeal appeared in the form of an advertisement in local dailies.
