Bonanza for Delhi teachers

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Government has decided to increase the retirement age of its teachers to 62 years with immediate effect.

Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit announced this on Thursday.

In the field of education, she said the State Government has also decided to open a new "Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University" for which the necessary formalities were being completed.
