Rajahmundry: All India Youth Federation (AIYF) national vice-president and State secretary G. Eswaraiah has said the federation is critical of the State government's stand on private B. Ed. colleges which floated norms. Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, he alleged that a majority of B.Ed. colleges were not following the government norms and they lacked basic facilities like shelter, teaching staff and kits. Accusing the colleges of fleecing students, he said the federation would take up the issue in its State conference being held from February 19 to 21 in Khammam. Over one lakh students and unemployed youth were expected to take part in the conference and rally, the AIYF leader said.
