Differences arising between Ministers is the cause

VIZIANAGARAM: Differences between Ministers Botcha Satyanarayana and Satrucharla Vijayarama Raju forced postponement of the election to the Vizianagaram Zilla Parishad Chairperson's post for lack of quorum for the second time on Thursday. This time it was the turn of the Zilla Parishad Territorial Constituency (ZPTC) members owing allegiance to Mr. Satyanarayana to abstain from the ZP meeting though Mr. Vijayarama Raju relented. He agreed to the choice of Mr. Satyanarayana's candidate and asked all his nine followers to attend the meeting but they chose to stay away.
