Power crisis?

The entire farming community is enraged over the failure of the Government to ensure a seven-hour power supply. That distress, however, is not visible in the State Capital. Though some areas are going without power for some time, supply has been mostly uninterrupted.

So much so that people continue to play day and night cricket matches in Lal Bahadur Stadium by switching on the mammoth floodlights.

Motorists passing by the stadium could not help, but wonder whether the State was really passing through a power crisis.
