BSES interaction programme

NEW DELHI : Power distribution company BSES has started its customer interaction programme "BSES Aapke Dwar" for industrial and bulk customers. The first such interaction with customers was organised here on Wednesday for East Delhi industrial and bulk customers of Jhilmil, Friends Colony (East Delhi), Dilshad Garden and Patparganj Industrial Area. Speaking on the occasion BYPL CEO Arun Kanchan said: "During our ongoing interaction with our customers, we realised that different segments of our customers have unique issues and needs. Hence, we organised such function." ."
