Delhi cops get President's medal

NEW DELHI: Sixteen Delhi police officers and personnel have been conferred the President's Police Medals this year.

Joint Commissioner of Police (Rashtrapati Bhavan) K.K. Maheshwari, Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Qamar Ahmed, Assistant Commissioner of Police Hanuman Singh and Inspector Data Ram have been awarded President's Police Medal for Distinguished Services.

Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime Against Women Cell) T.S. Luthra, Additional Commissioner of Police N. Dilip Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Economic Offences Wing) Prabhakar, Assistant Commissioner of Police Siri Ram Meena, Assistant Commissioner of Police Yashwant Singh, Inspectors Achla Rani, Ramesh Kumar and Chander Has, Sub-Inspector Rajinder Singh, Assistant Sub-Inspector Girdhari Singh, Head Constables Kesar Chand and Chura Mani have been awarded Police Medal for Meritorious Services.
