Programme to remember Gandhi

BANGALORE: The Centre for Gandhian Studies, Bangalore University, will organise a three-day programme to remember Mahatma Gandhi, from January 30 on its premises on Jnana Bharathi campus. It will begin with a prayer meeting on January 30 by the students of the Department of Performing Arts.

On January 31, there will be an exhibition of coins and currency notes depicting Mahatma Gandhi. A seminar on "Globalisation and swadeshi — can they co-exist?" will be held the third day.
