HUDA warns against purchase of plots

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad Urban Development Authority has cautioned public not to purchase any plots being advertised by a real estate developer at Peerancheruvu village as it has no approval of the competent authority.

The developer in the name of M/s Snehita Hills put up plots in Survey No.24 in the village for sale and started works. But HUDA has not sanctioned any layout in the said land, according to a release.

HUDA alerted people not to enter into any transaction for purchase of plot without the layout approval of competent authority as such ventures would come under the category of unauthorised layout. It advised people to verify the facts from the office of HUDA before they bought any plot or land.

Deepam scheme

All the Deepam beneficiaries of 2005-06 who have not taken gas connection may approach the LPG distributor concerned immediately along with white ration card and enrol their names by February10.

All the balance connections would be grounded during February and after that Deepam sanctions would lapse, according to a release.
