Awareness camp

The College of Engineering, Osmania University, is conducting a three-day camp on `Entrepreneurship awareness camp for women' from February 2 to 4 where the focus would be on food technology apparels and biotechnology. Blood donation camp

Princeton College of Engineering and Technology in association with the Indian Red Cross conducted a blood donation camp wherein 100 students donated their blood. The collected blood would be used for thallesemia-affected children.

Office-bearers

S. Bakhtiar Choudhary, senior consultant in sports medicine and ergonomics, has been elected president of the Indian Association of Occupation Health (IAOH), Andhra Pradesh Branch, at a meeting here.

The other office-bearers are -- Y.L.Whagray, Chintavar D.S (vice-presidents), J.Vijay Rao (honorary secretary), P. R. Nanda Kishore (joint secretary) and A. Madhu Mohan (treasurer).

Autofin showroom

at Bowenpally

Tata Motors opened its sixth Passenger Car Setup in the city with the inauguration of Autofin in Bowenpally on Sunday. This is the 13th Passenger Car Setup in the State and the 44th in the Southern Region.

According to a press release, Autofin is a modern showroom spread over 8,000 sq.ft providing complete sales support and can display up to eight vehicles.
