Pyramid Saimira pact with Ritual Developers

CHENNAI : Pyramid Saimira Theatre has entered into a three-year strategic alliance with the Bangalore-based Ritual Developers to set up multiplexes across Karnataka. According to the agreement, Ritual would develop 15 multiplexes for Pyramid, a release said. Pyramid has also announced a tie-up with K. M. Matrimony Pvt. Ltd. for a marriage bureau at its theatres across India. Pyramid would be offered an equity stake in K.M. Matrimony, says a release.
