Town and Country Planning department website launched

PUDUCHERRY : The Town and Country Planning Department has launched website — www.tcp.pon.nic.in

It will help the public to down load forms to apply non-allotment certificates required for allotment of plots through Housing Board and Societies.

The website would very soon have additional features to give information on the status of applications issued for industrial site clearance.

It would provides other information about the role and function of the department, guidelines and important government orders' with respect to industrial site clearance and schemes

The public could also know from the website about the building by-laws and zoning regulations such as health sanitation requirements and structural safety measures that should be adopted during construction of buildings. The section under Right to Information Act provides monthly remuneration details about staff and about procedures followed in decision making.

It will also gives information about rules, acts, budgetary allocation and achievements.
