Jeyanth Jeyaraman and Ganesh advance to the quarterfinals

Madurai: Top seed Jeyanth Jeyaraman of Namakkal and local boy S. Ganesh of Union Club entered the quarterfinals of the boys' under-12 section in the TNTA State-ranking tennis tournament organised by Madurai Union Club at the Club Courts here on Monday.

Selection trials

The selection trials for SAI Sports Hostel (Salem) will be held at the Mahatma Gandhi Stadium, Salem, on February 3 at 10 a.m.

Trials will take place in athletics (boys), basketball (boys), volleyball (boys) and taekwondo (boys and girls).
