Top leaders file papers

Dehra Dun: Two former Chief Ministers and several Cabinet ministers were among those who filed their nomination papers on Monday for the February 21 Uttarakhand Assembly elections.

The State's first Chief Minister Nityanand Swami (BJP) took out a procession before filing his nominations from Luxman Chowk. Another former CMand state BJP president Bhagat Singh Koshiyari also filed his papers from Kapkot. . PTI
