BSEL ties up with Accor, Adlabs

CHENNAI : BSEL Infrastructure Realty Ltd. has entered into a pre-bid alliance with international hotel group Accor Asia Pacific and Adlabs Films Ltd. for the proposed International Convention Centre in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The complex will include a mall, a multiplex and a five-star hotel. Adlabs would also partner BSEL in the multiplex portion of the mall and the multiplex project in the convention centre, the release said.
