SZ senior meet from today

NIRMAL (ADILABAD): Two floodlit courts at the NTR Stadium here are set to take a pounding, as the South Zone senior volleyball championships get underway on Wednesday. To ensure large attendance for the round-robin league format event, matches will be staged from 4 p.m. everyday, said A. Venkateshwar Rao, Organising Secretary.

Two practice courts are also available at Ravi Public School. In the fray are men's and women's teams from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Puducherry, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. — Special Correspondent
