SALEM: The Salem Division of Tamil Nadu Government Transport Corporation will run special buses to various places in view of Thai Poosam festival, which falls on February 1. A press release from its managing director says buses will be operated from Salem to Kalipatti via Attayampatti; Rasipuram to Kalipatti via Attayampatti; Taramangalam to Kalipatti via Elampillai; Sankagiri/Edapadi to Kalipatti via Vaikundam; Tiruchengode to Kalipatti via Mallasamudhram; Tiruchengode to Kabilar Malai via Kandampalayam; Namakkal to Kabilarmalai via Paramathi; Paramathi Velur to Kabilarmalai via Pandamangalam; Salem to Vadalur via Vridachalam; Salem to Palani via Erode; Edapadi to Palani via Erode; and Dharmapuri to Palani via Erode.
