Minister's directive

Thiruvananthapuram: Health Minister P.K. Sreemathy has directed SAT Hospital authorities to stop the practice of collecting money from patients for the Health Society Education Fund. Poor patients should be treated free of cost at Government Hospitals. Facilities such as ultra sound scan, x-ray and diapers should be provided free to patients furnishing Below Poverty Line cards. — Staff Reporter
