Dhanraj Hakyal (45), Vimalabai (40), Kamalabai (45), and Jeejabai (40), sustained minor injuries and were treated in a private hospital. The police had a tough time recovering the bodies. Their efforts to empty the open well failed as power supply was disrupted. They recovered the bodies using cranes and fire engines. The operation went on till the early hours of Friday. Police said the autorickshaw was carrying 17 members, which is more than the permitted number. The driver Sattar Sheikh Gafar of Khatagaon village is at large after reportedly jumping out of the vehicle. The Kamal Nagar Police are looking for him.
