APCC Kisan Cell plea

HYDERABAD: The APCC Kisan and Kheth Mazdoor cell has urged Union Minister of State for Rural Development Jairam Ramesh to include sanitation and environment protection works in the NREGP.

In a letter, Cell chairman M. Kodanda Reddy said works like digging pits before monsoon, tree planting, watering for greenery in villages should be included in NREGP to create more employment.
