New moats for zoo

HYDERABAD: Union Minister of State for Environment and Forests Namo Narain Meena on Thursday laid the foundation stones for two new moats at the Nehru Zoological Park.

The moats are meant for hog deer and saltwater crocodiles. They will be built at a cost of Rs. 4.25 lakhs and Rs. 18 lakhs respectively.
