COMED-K welcomes court verdict

BANGALORE:
The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K) has welcomed the Supreme Court's verdict.
"We had insisted that the State Government should seek the Supreme Court's endorsement of the agreement to avoid litigation from students," COMED-K executive secretary S. Kumar told The Hindu.
In another development, Higher Education Minister D.H. Shankaramurthy has called private college managements for a meeting to sort out the pending issues of conducting the admission process for undergraduate professional courses.
