Surjeet's condition improves

New Delhi: The condition of veteran CPI(M) leader Harkishan Singh Surjeet, who was hospitalised following a urinary infection, improved on Saturday.

"He is better now, but will remain in hospital for a day or two," family sources said.

Ninety-one-year-old Mr. Surjeet was admitted to a private hospital in Noida on Friday after he complained of uneasiness. — PTI
