IDA to hold dental camp today

Puducherry: The Puducherry branch of Indian Dental Association (IDA) is holding a free dental health camp at "Thayagam", an orphanage at Ilango Nagar here on Sunday.

The secretary of the association, R. Ganesh, said in a release here that a team of doctors would offer free treatment to the inmates.

Mr. Ganesh said that the association had already held such camps to benefit destitute children in Baby Sara Home in Ariyankuppam and in Uthavi Karangal in Nonankuppam.

The camp scheduled for Sunday would benefit around 30 orphans.

The children would also be taught on various aspects of dental health.
